1. Delivery & Pickup Options
We offer two fulfillment models:
Home Delivery
Available within selected service areas.
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Store Pickup
Customers can collect their order from the designated pickup location.
Pickup timing will be confirmed after order placement.
2. Delivery Charges & Conditions
Delivery fees are dynamic and calculated based on:
Order value (product cost)
Delivery location
Order date & time (peak days/festive demand)
3. Delivery Timelines
All products are made-to-order, so preparation time applies.
Delivery time slots are indicative, not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
Traffic conditions
Weather disruptions
High order volume
ZebSweets will make reasonable efforts to deliver on time but does not guarantee exact delivery timing.
4. Customer Responsibility
To ensure successful delivery:
Provide accurate address and contact details
Ensure someone is available to receive the order
If:
The recipient is unavailable, or
Incorrect details are provided
5. Risk & Ownership
Once the order is delivered or picked up, responsibility transfers to the customer.
ZebSweets is not liable for:
Damage due to mishandling after delivery
Improper storage conditions
6. Returns & Refunds (Perishable Goods Policy)
Due to the nature of cakes and pastries:
No returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Late consumption
Taste preference
7. Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged
Incorrect
Not as described
You must:
Notify us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup
Provide clear photo/video proof
After verification, ZebSweets may offer:
Replacement
Store credit
Refund (where legally required)
8. Order Cancellation Impact on Delivery
Once an order is confirmed, delivery cannot be cancelled or modified.
Failed delivery due to customer issues does not qualify for a refund.
9. Special Delivery Requests
Time-specific or urgent delivery requests are subject to availability.
