Welcome to ZebSweets. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are structured in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to ensure fairness, transparency, and operational clarity.

1. Product Nature & Freshness

All products are made-to-order and highly perishable.
Shelf life is limited and varies by product; customers are advised to consume within the recommended timeframe.
ZebSweets is not responsible for deterioration due to:
- Improper storage
- Delayed consumption after delivery or pickup

2. Orders & Full Payment Requirement

To streamline production and avoid operational inefficiencies:

100% upfront payment is mandatory to place any order.
Orders are only confirmed after successful payment clearance.
We do not offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Partial payments
- Pay-later options

3. Cancellations & Changes

Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our products:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
In rare cases, changes may be considered only if production has not started, at ZebSweets’ discretion.

4. Refunds, Returns & Consumer Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

Customers are entitled to a remedy if a product:
- Is faulty
- Is not as described
- Does not meet acceptable quality standards

However, due to the perishable nature of our goods:

No returns or refunds will be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Late consumption
- Storage-related issues
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 2 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo/video evidence
- We will assess and may offer:
  - Replacement OR
  - Store credit OR
  - Refund (where legally required)

5. Delivery & Risk Transfer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
ZebSweets is not liable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather disruptions
- Third-party delivery services
Risk transfers to the customer:
- Upon delivery OR
- Upon successful pickup
Customers must ensure:
- Accurate delivery details
- Availability at delivery location

6. Product Variations

All items are handcrafted; slight variations in:
- Design
- Color
- Decoration
  are expected and do not constitute defects.

7. Allergens & Dietary Disclaimer

Products may contain or come into contact with:
- Nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs
Customers must:
- Inform us of allergies before ordering

ZebSweets is not liable for allergic reactions where prior notice was not provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZebSweets website—including images, product designs, branding, and text—is owned by ZebSweets and may not be used without written permission.
